they would not accept my point that public healthcare and public mental health care is something that can be applied to everyone. everyone has a body, everyone has a mental health therefore it would make sense if a country decides to increase standard of living across EVERYONE and perhaps increase productivity of EVERYONE, but if it was just to a particular ideology then that's called privledge and you're investing more into a particular group and not benefitting the country...
