I mean, maybe bystanders shouldn’t just jump to conclusions on everything for political status? There’s an idea
yea the videos only showed the end, when floyd was "innocent" the whole video shows that floyd "wasnt as innocent"
Easily 98% of these “police misconduct” clips, you’re only seeing a small bit of that issue. People don’t research and get context to the situation, they just jump on the virtue signaling express for clout and views
Instead of jumping into action, they should have investigated it more
And release it altogether so it won’t cause mass panic
it was a viral video so it was easy to just report on it.
True
msm deliberately held back body cam footage for over a month
They would get canceled if they mentioned the drugs because it's a racist incident
is it bad if glad that I watched the bodycam because I feel relieved knowing the cops weren't all bad. Still bad but not white supremacist bad
Jacob blake and Wallace jr was easily missing context
Not at all, referring to the Floyd incident. The police were very polite and patient with him, he flipped out when he was being placed in the back of a squad car, which is his own fault not the officers. He was also saying he couldn’t breathe (because of the drugs that probably caused and insane high heart rate) before he was even pulled out of the car onto the ground
And notice nothing happened with Floyd’s buddy who cooperated
Yea I knew the whole story and found that Floyd's friend complied and didnt die, they had to see floyd die and I'm sorry for them but if floyd complied it wouldn't be death
I personally haven’t looked much into the other two you mentioned so I haven’t really formed proper views on them
Wallace Jr was that mental illness person who walked towards the cops with a knife when the cops told him not to
He was already on a lethal amount of drugs
Oh
Jacob blake was on a sexual assault warrant and police arrived because of abuse I presume
Mental illness isn’t an excuse to threaten people’s life with a weapon
Honestly the cops could have tackled blake instead of shooting 7 times but he was already at the car. Who knows if hes gonna ram into them
Tackling someone with a knife? I’ll pass. Why tackle when you have tasers and weapons that can get the job done without you risking serious injury/harm on yourself
People are saying if he was white they would've tapered him
but they didn't have tazer at the time
Maybe a tranquilizer but they are short range and if the cops retreated in the car, who knows if he would attack pedestrians
Their job is eliminate the threat, than save them. It doesn’t sound pretty but it is what it is.
The same people that say “defund the police” wonder why they didn’t have a tazer
They don’t realize police gear isn’t exactly cheap
The cops shoot because it was the safest bet
who knows if he was gonna charge to someone else
he also has a criminal past, as usual
Unrelated... but is the middle class not part of the working class?
idk, what is this about?
Rice posted some articles about feminist architecture yesterday... so I went and found this chick's book to see her outrage... and
In the introduction, she's claiming the development of cities exposed the middle class to the working class.
She is also now complaining that it is Male design and sexism that makes her baby stroller not fit in her car.
oh jesus christ
so working class means poor
I thought middle class was working class... feels like a word game to avoid mentioning the elitist, like this woman
