I don't believe every single death of a minority by a cop was racially motivated

unless there is very clear evidence and a confession, I don't think most of those cases have a basis to be called racially motivated

but it's also important to look at what the victim was doing, were they complying? were they instigating anything?

and also look at how the cop was responding

I guess police body cams are important when it comes to that kind of stuff
