If you read anything more than the headline you would see it says "The June 1 memo said Baker indicated Floyd's level of fentanyl was "pretty high" and at a potentially "fatal level."" notice the word "potentially" and then the fact that the medical examiner still labeled it as a homicide "Baker's office released its final autopsy report June 1, classifying the death as a "homicide""
