each city and state has their own constitutional path to making laws...when they write mandates on lockdowns ...it's not a law..it's a mandate(guideline) for what to do...a suggested path of action for the citizens of said state/city
it can't be enforced as a law and u can sue for violations of ur rights if they enforce or arrest u upon those mandates

What if COVID is a simple virus that is brought on by vitamin D deficiency (like Measles and vitamin A). Yet they don’t want people taking Vitamin D supplements because they want to sell lab made expensive medicine. It would also explain why hydroxy chloroquine would combat this as well. Also if you notice the “young women” who are dying from complications of COVID are also new mothers- what a way to hide a dr.‘s malpractice in post natal treatment!
