There’s the HCQ+ Azithromycin+ Zinc way, there’s, the Ivermectin way, Regeneron... all if you’re already sick. The vitamin D thing is to help keep from getting sick. Boost your D intake, vitamin C too, drink quinine (tonic water) and take zinc and that should help with minimizing symptoms of you do catch it.
That’s my understanding anyway, but ofc, gotta consult your doctor and decide for yourself.
