I found an IRC client that is free. requires a small amount of technical skill to operate (know some commands)

super rusty at it but it's a bomb shelter for when shtf and social media goes dark if anyone is interested

Unfortunately my tech skills are limited to the basic cellphone knowledge required to explain how to use them to old people

so instead of point and click it's like /join #channel

the setup is fairly simple just have to know what to type into the boxes provided as far as server name and channel name.
