Oh believe me. Trump is the least of our worries. Biden is muuuuuch lower on the spectrum.
> saying, "you support trump?"
> "I don't speak to people who support a racist"
> However much that is a lie. we cannot stoop to their level.
@Osha19 here's the difference between Trump and BLM:
All of the claims that Trump is a racist at this point in time are unsubstantiated to hell and back, meanwhile we have video evidence of BLM terrorism (i.e BLM attacking white people or any other person that doesn't openly support BLM, local businesses being burned down for not supporting BLM, etc.)
I'm absolutely offended that you'd claim I'm "stooping to their level" when they clearly set the bar the lowest they can go.
Zuma (previous president of South Africa) was one of the worst and most corrupt presidents I ever read/knew about.

@Erby I did not mean offense. But I wish to avoid conflicts and doing things that bring out the worst in us. Emotion is a terrible thing if used as a weapon.
My apologies
Apology accepted.
I'd be supportive. But Why do I need to protest to prove what I stand for? sometimes change can be made through unforced means. It's surprised how much change happens through that. Protesting is your right and I will respect it. That does not mean it is exactly what is needed to cause change. It just takes the right attitude and the right person to hear it to make change. its slow but a more sure and better way all around
I don't know exactly what you mean by social equality, so I'll pass on that. I refuse to risk my livelihood in this day and age to express my political views.
no, but in this hypotehitical if we knew it would bring change
well yes ofc I would
cool, thats what blm is tring to do
trying to do
Perhaps. But in your hypothetical, there are no humanistic characteristics ruining it. In real life. Humans are not perfect and therefore what is strived for is lost rather quickly
*tried to do
Then they fucked up and terrorized local businesses.
ok, so imperfect people behind a good movement?
Nothing will ever be accomplished perfectly
The point I am trying to make. Which I hope you understand where I come from. There has been so much hate just from peaceful protests along with riots. Riots can deter peaceful protesting but not as much as both riots and hateful peaceful protests can. There are some peaceful protests and I won't deny that. but There is little you can do to support a movement that uses hatred as its fighting factor.
> @Erby @little hollow @Osha19 even if it was not a murder it stood for a much larger problem of the systemic racism in the country. the protest adressed that. A majority of the protests were and are peaceful, however mistakes and disgraces were made on both sides, certian riot police misused crowd dispercement methods and went in a direction wholely unconstitutional; and there were and are certian protester who took advantage of a good movement to commit action that were crimes, these people do not repersent the movement on a whole, i do not think you can assign the title blm to those unorganised rioters. and antifa, I still have not been given proof that they are an organised force or if they even exist at all, but I am open to learn as I do know all.
@chaz you got to realize how hypocritical what you just said is. You're saying that there is a systemic problem with the police because of individual incidents by officers who aren't following protocol per se, but not holding the same standard or principal towards BLM.
no police bad white people too
yeah ofc not
but you just.... lol

point is, police are not bad, but certain ones are, why because the is a socail construct built into our society, "racism" playing on mans inherent tribalism, this social construct has infring fair judgement and is unconstitional. it is something we should fight, police are not bad, but some are, blm is not bad but some protestors took it on themselves to ruin BLMs good name
@little hollow its mild, and i'm much better at reading than writing
