The nanomachines were made with the purpose of having self-generated medicine made by nanomachines in your body, that take chemicals floating around in the body and form them into a sort of drug. Also the nanomachines are able to track your heart rate, blood pressure, etc.. and be able to know what you're probably doing and what your emotional state is. This data is supposed to be transmitted to an app on your phone, and sent to the govt and some corporations involved.
