because you have free will

2020-12-10 23:01:05 UTC

He didn’t cause doubts. Doubts come into our lives for our faith to grow stronger so we can trust him that he will take care of us. He doesn’t put problems in our lives, they just come naturally because life is hard. Nobody said life was easy

2020-12-10 23:01:15 UTC

I reached out for eight years and got nothing, so forgive me for giving up on something I no longer believe exist

2020-12-10 23:01:21 UTC

He’s so great because he’s given us the free will to do as we please. To believe or not to believe

2020-12-10 23:01:45 UTC

Hey. It’s okay. I understand. But maybe you just need some guidance, if you’re willing to try again

2020-12-10 23:02:18 UTC

But if he’s all knowing and all powerful and all that ridiculousness then he saw it all coming and could have prevented them from happening, or helped the person out during hard times, or done anything to prove he exists

2020-12-10 23:02:32 UTC

Instead there is only silence

2020-12-10 23:02:34 UTC

I understand why you may be angry and upset if that’s how you feel. But my point is not to be misconstrued. Also, he does. He helps us all. Trust me

2020-12-10 23:02:53 UTC

Let me tell you somethint

2020-12-10 23:03:01 UTC

Sorry but I fail to believe that

2020-12-10 23:03:41 UTC

He has helped me, he’s helped my mom, he’s helped my dad, he’s helped my aunt, my uncle, my brother, and many people around me. It’s alright that you don’t believe but I can only pray you at least try again. You have no idea how peaceful and liberated you will feel once you give him all of your problems and let him take care of it

2020-12-10 23:04:19 UTC

I felt peaceful and liberated the second I stepped out from under the Christian shadow, I doubt I’ll ever go back but time will tell

2020-12-10 23:05:03 UTC

He won’t come down to earth and come to our doorstep to say “Hello, just so you know I exist.” The way we know he’s real is the fulfilling feeling we get after prayer or after seeing something good in our lives we know was God’s doing. God rewards us when we do well, but he isn’t the one to punish us on earth. We punish ourselves by turning away and attracting problems that we are the root of, that we create with our own hands and minds and tongues.

2020-12-10 23:05:13 UTC

I helped myself, I got myself out of the messes I was in. I did that. Not some sky daddy who never once answered my thousands of prayers for help and guidance lol

2020-12-10 23:05:56 UTC

I’ve gotten more interaction from a fish than from the Christian god

2020-12-10 23:06:05 UTC

You just had to pray harder. You had to have such strong faith that he exists and to absolutely be sure that he will help you because he would never leave nor hurt you nor turn you away, unless you turn him away. He will always be there for you, my friend

2020-12-10 23:06:06 UTC

I’ve gotten more help from fish <:KEK:726877368601411624>

2020-12-10 23:06:21 UTC

Well, you can see, feel, eat, and perhaps hear fish

2020-12-10 23:06:25 UTC

They at least calm me down and are therapeutic

2020-12-10 23:06:34 UTC

Hi drac

2020-12-10 23:06:48 UTC

God would do the same, in my eyes and in the eyes of all Christians. He has done so for me

2020-12-10 23:07:01 UTC

So far Christianity has done nothing but cause pain and strife in my life. I kicked it to the curb for my own good and I’m honestly very happy about it

2020-12-10 23:07:27 UTC

You don’t have to listen to what I’m saying, but I ask that maybe you do and just give it a try again. And hey, if god doesn’t exist and we ended up praying for nothing, what do we have to lose?

2020-12-10 23:07:28 UTC

I mean good for you, maybe he vibes better w your soul or sth, but I got Jack shit lol

2020-12-10 23:07:38 UTC

How did it cause pain and strife?

2020-12-10 23:07:38 UTC

Hello Solaris

2020-12-10 23:07:46 UTC

My question also

2020-12-10 23:07:52 UTC

It should cause the exact opposite

2020-12-10 23:08:57 UTC

By making me hate myself, hate other people, and hate the world I live in. By making me believe I was inherently wrong for existing, or that my suffering was caused by some supreme evil being and not genetics. By never answering when I needed help. By causing my family to cast me out for who I am.

2020-12-10 23:09:20 UTC

So, there’s a lot I can tackle here if you’re willing to listen

2020-12-10 23:09:27 UTC

Christianity only caused me suffering and I’m not regretful for leaving it behind

2020-12-10 23:09:46 UTC

I’m happy w what I have now in fact

2020-12-10 23:09:58 UTC

Let me just ask you, who told you that your existence is wrong? Who told you that you should hate yourself, people, and the world?

2020-12-10 23:10:11 UTC

The Bible, “gods word”

2020-12-10 23:10:25 UTC

Where is that in the Bible?

2020-12-10 23:10:26 UTC

His “people” his messengers

2020-12-10 23:10:50 UTC

I do not recall the Bible going in that direction but hey... memory fails

2020-12-10 23:10:53 UTC

Please answer me. Where is it in the Bible, or the Ten Commandments, at least?

2020-12-10 23:11:03 UTC

The whole tiny sentence about being gay is wrong

2020-12-10 23:11:20 UTC

That is causing you to hate every single living and nonliving thing on this earth?

2020-12-10 23:11:50 UTC

Oh there’s more but I haven’t touched one of those things since I was like nine so forgive the memory loss lol
