My boss is alright... he just has no spine... he doesn't stand up for himself and let's the 1st shift foreman screw him over almost every night

I think he's just scared of being fired

Yeah... well when you're closer to retirement than your prime and you have a family to take care of. I guess I kinda understand.

Who knows... I heard supposedly he might me moving out of state some time in the near future. Would be nice to see them make the lazy bums actually work.

On top of everything we're really shorthanded. So more work, no raise.
