The problem with people is, they see something and think "I shouldn't have to pay for this, it's a human right." The problem is, they never realize the person performing the healthcare is a person and needs to be payed somehow. So if they remove a significant amount of income, the person performing the healthcare has no interest in doing it without repayment, or wanting to pay taxes to pay for the healthcare that they perform
