if you want diversity in one sector cause not enough women you have to get diversity in sectors that are mostly women

you can never proove that a company chose another candidate over you because of your race or sex, so the whole illegality thing is mostly a waste. You can only get them if they’re such brainlets that they explicitly tell you “we didn’t hire you because you’re white”
