So, i absolutely love arguing against points that I know are right, but against people who I want to make think about what they're saying and why they're saying it.
In a college class we talked about slavery and the Civil War. They said it was about oppression and racism, i said it was about economy. Black slaves made up like 50% of the economy in the USA at the time (compared to manufactures, businesses etc..)
They called me a racist and I asked:
"If tomorrow it was decided that all computers and smart devices were actually sentient beings and deserve freedom, would you give up your computers and cell phones?"
