@[TDE] Smokie [On the topic of freedom of movement] If the law is outside of the bill of rights, the federal government might have the ability to patch the law, but not entirely remove it (our example being rona masks and/or the transportation of alcohol cross-state) . Which is against Andrew Jackson`s philosophy and his ideology of keeping with the original goals of the law with the general American population. It disfavors paleo-conservatism (which movement makes up the majority of the American population) and overly favors the supreme court too much. It also misrepresents the desires of the freedom of movement (and it's establishment in the first place). This institutionalized progressiveness really pisses me off. This is why there should not be an edit of the constitution within the next 250 years, **assuming *traditionalism is the most favored school of thought within the US***.
