sleeping too much isn't really something i have a problem with

I run best on 5-6 hours, sometimes I get the recommended 8 hours and I end up feeling almost as tired as I was before I went to sleep

recommendation is based off of averages of studies. everybody is different

i heard Trump goes on 4 hours but that's a rumor not a fact

i'm sure the older he gets the more sleep he'll get

Yeah I’ve tried telling my one friend that the 8 hour thing isn’t an absolute fact, everyone is different. But he takes it like it’s the word of God

I'm usually fine at like 5-7 hours. If I end up oversleeping I get a massive headache.

i live down the street from a mason lodge

i never see anything happen but i get a wierd feeling when i walk past
