well there is this thing called a "blood choke"

cutting off the supply of blood to your brain

however, i've been choked on a couple of occasions and i can say it's a little bit different. blood choke feels more like building pressure in the head not the feeling of can't breathe but that was just my experience

I'm not sure which is true, I'm sure they're both medical professionals

i've seen plenty of videos of officers with their knees on the necks

a homless guy got shot where i live in california recently

because the homeless guy tried to grab a cops gun

Well the officer knew he was abusing illegal drugs, he stated as much amidst the detainment process. They could've had an EMT examine George

Well he was resisting to enter a police vehicle, most likely because he didn't want to be arrested. I'm sure he'd be more welcoming of an ambulance

they got george in 1 side of the police car and george launched himself out of the other side and said "i'm gonna lay down here"

and we could put EMT in danger too
