bear is baller, moose is just as greasy as bear but tastes like elk or venison.

@HUNTER4639 bro I got plenty if you ever are in Montana I will cook any animal you want. I got elk, moose, bear, boar, buffalo, partridge, pheasant, deer, veal beef, regular beef, domesticated pork, chicken, rabbit, gopher/ground hog, beaver, and I also happen to have a very fatty chunk of Japanese A3 wagu steak.

I'd say, buffalo jerky taste better than bear jerky

To be fair on the buffalo to bison thing, buffalo are in Asia and Africa. Bison are North America and Europe.

I have a 4th 30 cu ft freezer that is half full of pheasant and partridge.
