Why the x1 carbon yoga?

the x1 carbon is a thinkpad version of an ultrabook, kinda like the newer t490 laptops
the x1 carbon yoga is a 2-in-1 version that has almost exactly the same specs and hardware internals except for the screen and the hinge, which is for using it as a tablet

5th gen or higher because those use usb-c charging rather than whatever garbage lenovo was smoking

id stay away from android tablets and ipads unless the software you need comes in android/ios
