I remember seeing a statistic at some point that Trump wins in a land slide if turnout is low or medium. It also said that if turn out is high that it would be close as hell. This election is a high turnout election and is close as hell. Look at the 2016 numbers and compare them to these numbers, especially in Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas. Both sides gained 2 million more votes then 4 years ago.
