@TheNarnian I've lived half my life in Latin America, corrupt governments always did fraud, but they knew how to cover it up very well. Democrats should learn a little if they plan to do fraud again. One of the worst frauds I've ever witnessed.

The DHS works with local election officials. They also contract out the printing of ballots to private companies.
