There's a strong chance, almost certainty, thanks to the "glitch"(it is deliberate.) in the voter software used in 30 states. There's almost no chance that the supreme court of the U.S. won't declare the election illegitimate. In which case, Trump will win either by SCOTUS or state electoral representatives calling it for Trump.

As a software engineer, I can guarantee you that that kind of thing isn't a bug or a glitch, it's not an accident. Accidents are usually mis-naming of variables or forgetting to put a thing in a place. You don't have a complex "glitch" that only happens to change votes after the data is transferred to the computer where it is all aggregated(probably in a separate application) that just so happens to only switch a certain % of votes to Biden, so he can maintain a somewhat realistic lead. Also, since Biden is the only name that will be consistent with all the 30 states that will use the software, it makes sense why Biden won in districts where the district also elected Republican House seats and Senators.
If I was gonna hard code a way to cheat, that had the least probability of getting caught, that'd be the optimal way to go about it.
