I mean, sorta. Men already have estrogen, and women have testosterone, just smaller amounts

There's proven studies where men who have above average estrogen are more likely to get breast cancer. Pump estrogen into some already hormonal gay teen who's confused and they're at a big risk of developing cancerous growths
