@Mr.Hashi hi
Hello 🙂
However as a capitalist I believe you get paid what you work for and you shouldn't have to share your earnings with somebody just because they're poor
Worse than Hitler
You have the option to but you shouldn't be forced to
How’s everyone?
Good hbu
Killing my brothers and sisters in faith, etc.
Oh
you do realize the number of people stalin "killed" is greatly exaggerated. Unless the Soviet Union released s statement saying how many people it killed there is really no way to know
exaggerated? with that logic I'd say that it could be the other way
Yeah if you want to believe that. Burning churches, killing priests.
that was exactly what happened in the soviet union. People who worked (meaning everyone) made money according to their jobs
salty is streaming boys
Communism bad, capitalism good
simple
what i am saying is you can not know for sure. you have to understand a lot of the info you have on the soviet union came from america and news outlets, which acted as propaganda as the ussr was an enemy to the us
Should have honestly taken patton's advice. Take Moscow while they were down.
Yeah I remember how the United States created the Red Scare where you could accuse your neighbor of being a Communist spy and have them killed
If anything, the count is low. Mass grave sites are still being found to this day.
With church family who left the ussr for their safety and the right to practice their faith and not risk being imprisoned or killed it says something.
America loves to cover up its past but I can guarantee it's not the only country that does that
its not just that, the us and the ussr were major enemies. they had an arms race and both fed propagande to its citizens regarding the other
we probably won't ever know, but it is what it is
I try to be an optimist, but I don't see that as being exaggerated
So you do not condemn the USSR?
as a russian myself, i have many relatives who were born and lived in the ussr their whole lives
yeah, my great-grandparents left for those reasons
Take the Berlin wall for an example
The ussr had secret police to snitch on your neighbors
One side was communist, one was capitalist
that was in the very begining after the revolution as the country was vulnerable and they couldnt have someone penetrate them from the inside
My Orthodox family, and my Orthodox priests who had to leave their homes and families and parishioners to save themselves. Glory be to the martyrs but it should never have happened.
after that it wasnt there
