I saw the last five years being relentless slandering of Trump over non-controversial words I heard as he said them

I'll just say that nothing is definitive until the EC actually gets to vote

Even journalists from the BBC and other non american news stations have basically confirmed it is Biden

And until January 2021, Trump still remains president

Non-American news stations can't actually know what's going on, they're non-American. Of course they would just quote CNN or other outlets.
