We also as Americans need to figure out wether we want security over freedom or freedom over security. Security comes with less privacy, but a safer and more controlled environment. Freedom takes away more security to grant us more privacy.

If we choose freedom over safety that allows our media to have more free speech and allows the media to be heavily biased.

Most of the terrible things that have been done for us were “for our own good.” When someone tells **you** what is good for you, you should worry.

Though more security and control takes away from our 1st Amendment. It’s a hard battle to choose between.

We should definitely work on securing the safety of our elderly from contracting COVID the most.

I was so lucky to not get tested. Actually my whole family was lucky

I don't disagree but I think the phrasing is the issue, shouldn't the elderly be empowered to decide for themselves if they will take risk or not?

If I got COVID I think it would be fairly bad for me. I have Asthma and COVID restricts breathing a lot so I’d probably be in the bed for a while.

If your immune system is good enough you can beat it without much trouble

I see where your coming from. They should definitely, but they should also be educated on it before they make their own decision on wether to take risks or not.
