EMT's I'm sure need training and can do more than your everyday people

2020-11-27 00:23:10 UTC

I just don’t understand why I’m being attacked because I said that paramedics aren’t medical professionals and that doctors and nurses are IMO

2020-11-27 00:23:12 UTC

lol

2020-11-27 00:23:23 UTC

There is EMT-B and EMT-P. EMT-P in most states have to attend preliminary 2 year college + a 1 year or sometimes longer medical program.

2020-11-27 00:23:47 UTC

what defines a medical professional?

2020-11-27 00:23:48 UTC

indeed

2020-11-27 00:24:32 UTC

maybe that will help clear things up

2020-11-27 00:24:35 UTC

They give medications, do differentials in the field, and transfer care to facility staff and even do facility-to-facility transports. No one is attacking you, why are you claiming that? We're simply pointing out that you are not the arbiter of which decides that paramedics are not medical professionals.

2020-11-27 00:25:05 UTC

What defines a medical professional? For me, someone who works in a hospital.

2020-11-27 00:25:10 UTC

Breaking news: Loud music causes Covid

2020-11-27 00:25:22 UTC

well some paramedics do work in a hospital

2020-11-27 00:25:32 UTC

and so do janitors

2020-11-27 00:25:40 UTC

I’m not speaking about those

2020-11-27 00:25:44 UTC

so maybe alter that definition a bit

2020-11-27 00:26:00 UTC

And no, paramedics don’t work in hospitals

2020-11-27 00:26:07 UTC

lol

2020-11-27 00:26:19 UTC

I will pull up the jobs on indeed

2020-11-27 00:26:19 UTC

Here in Ohio, paramedics run the front of the hospitals, getting people rooms, giving them IV's and administering drugs when asked.

2020-11-27 00:26:40 UTC

Wait this guy is probably a troll if he just claimed paramedics don't work in hospitals.

2020-11-27 00:26:59 UTC

How am I a troll now?

2020-11-27 00:27:01 UTC

Lol what

2020-11-27 00:27:07 UTC

you’re honestly being childish

2020-11-27 00:27:21 UTC

I have a friend who went to school to become and EMT, then Paramedic, Eventually she worked her way up to RN. She works as a Paramedic when she is not in the ER

2020-11-27 00:27:32 UTC

Coolio

2020-11-27 00:27:37 UTC

and raised four kids by herself

2020-11-27 00:27:45 UTC

Why by herself..?

2020-11-27 00:27:58 UTC

Because she hates men

2020-11-27 00:28:00 UTC

"Paramedics don't work in hospitals." There are 3 hospitals near me that take paramedics for ER jobs. Either your state doesn't have paramedics working in hospitals, or you are being willfully ignorant.

2020-11-27 00:28:01 UTC

Poor kids

2020-11-27 00:28:15 UTC

Raised without a father because their mother is too selfish

2020-11-27 00:28:18 UTC

Disgusting

2020-11-27 00:28:34 UTC

I’m referring to where I live.

2020-11-27 00:28:38 UTC

Not Ohio.

2020-11-27 00:28:39 UTC

Lol

2020-11-27 00:28:45 UTC

Okay, so we just educated you that you're wrong.

2020-11-27 00:28:57 UTC

You didn’t educate me.

2020-11-27 00:29:11 UTC

Paramedics don’t work in hospitals where I live, which is what I was referring to.

2020-11-27 00:29:16 UTC

And how am I wrong?

2020-11-27 00:29:18 UTC

do you want to learn or win an argument

2020-11-27 00:29:29 UTC

We’re arguing?

2020-11-27 00:29:35 UTC

whats more important to you
