there are many things that Korea, Japan, and even China do better than America... for instance China can actually get a law passed with zero resistance from the people... which can be beneficial but also has major draw backs when the government oversteps... Japan and Korea have extremely strict standards to become a teacher in their countries and to be a teacher is regarded extremely highly in those 2 countries. So yes there are things other countries do better than the USA but overall they function worse than the USA 🙂
