He's been arguing constantly with mods and admins about what our rules are, questioning every decision. Then he came into my dms to call me an ass after I muted him.
Well I consider spam when it comes to the point where a conversation cant continue properly due to reading.

Spam here is generally the same message more than once, just because with 30k members it gets bad quickly. We have an auto-kick on the bot, and the user that was soft warned sent the same message three times with a message between them.
well, if the message had actually any reason for it, say for example, somebody asked for a song lyric, and the lyric included repetition, then it shouldn't be an offense.
Well, that is one thing. The message in question was ".kick" There is a reason mods have discretion.
