But I didn’t read their book ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
what weird philosophy?
Mormonism
bruh
that aint a word
gross
I don’t believe that. I believe that you have to have faith that the matter that was in the insanely condensed dot was just there. I mean there is no way to explain why it was there, yes??
I am also a Christian
bruh
yuck
Individualism relies on philosophy
I have been meaning to read the bible, the quran, and a bunch of other religious texts for so long but I still haven't had the time
Are you a Mormon?
that's like making up
you believe in god
so you are godism
No sir. I am a southern Baptist Christian
Some people define faith as "A belief without evidence," and others define faith as, "A strongly held conviction in something."
NICE
my favourite philosophy I been reading bout this guy called Locke
Westboro... <:CursedEmoji:763140778770825247>
Okay well you have no evidence In the fact that the matter was there, yes?
I believe In a god but, I don't need to align myself to a religion.
Why not?
Agnostic
no you believe in godism
how does that work
thats kinda scary
Belief in a higher power
If you believe in a god don’t you have to be accountable to that god?
exactly
Gotcha. Thought you might have been trying to saying Mormons are Christians. Can't tell you how often I hear that.
so?
LDS is christian
God is your maker don't you want to figure out what he has to say
Yeah I know exactly what you mean lol
There is definitely evidence for the big bang and evolution, again, that doesn't make it true, because evidence is not proof. But by definition, I don't think believe I have faith in either such concepts. But again, neither are the reason for my atheism.
define christian for me ?
No. LDS is essentially reformed mormonism
