Theoretically, there wouldn’t be roads, or cars, they would be un needed. Cars and roads take up a LOT of space and cause a lot of danger and noise pollution. Instead the city would be designed with walking paths and public transport radiating outwards, likely with some form of monorail system connecting different tiles
