that's just looking for the best bang for your buck
When anyone starts being an asshole
if you don't do productivity, you're ok
with intel
Nothing else really matters does it?
I just hate anyone who identifies as a gamer in general <:hyperthonk:327934332545007617>
that is different than someone who just plays games
You mean the "turbo RGB, razer rulez" type?
yes and all the le pee see mastur rayzzzz xdddddd shit
>razer rulez
no
fuck you too then fam
i won't have enough space in my E11 Corolla fam
Ryzen imo is still better even if you're not into productivity
Because multitasking and streaming
that's my point though
>streaming
are you gay
I don't always mean Twitch livestreaming. I've seen a lot more people screensharing and just showing their friends stuff.
Not to mention price/performance
Sure, 7700K beats 1600X in almost every game, but it's $100 more and loses in just about everything else.
90% of pc gamign threads i see are just fanboys shilling their favorite megacorporation
jesus
I don't give a fuck about either company.
i was really surprised
but the 8600K is a great product
I'm just giving credit where credit is due. Ryzen was a good release and finally put Intel on the ropes instead of just freely shafting everyone.
exactly
without ryzen 8600k wouldn't happen
i'm going with Ryzen 2 to replace my current Lynnfield build
Wat
i5-750
i like the code name
8600K is 6/6 for $60 more than R5's 6/12
It's the same story. Slightly better single-threaded for worse multi-threaded at greater cost.
but also single core beating shit out of ryzen
i'd say 60$ is worth for a 300$ product
I'm just saying. Even if I wasn't someone into productive applications, I'd still go with 1600X. It's *less* money for a product that performs slightly worse in popular titles and is due to not only get better with greater core optimization in the future, but also in case I ever change my mind and get into something that can actually use those threads.
