There really isn’t a proper way to handle this but after the investigation is done I’m sure they will add something to make sure it doesn’t happen again

(1) Spelling errors, although looking poor for professionalism, do happen, and there is a lot going on in these suits. (2) It seems she is more or less going after Dominion, not the states at this point. I think she was hoping to get counter-sued and start a discovery process. Make statements that seem defamatory against Dominion, then Dominion sues and then they use facts to show that what was said about Dominion was true. (3) Hearsay, although generally inadmissible, tends to have exceptions. Plus, I'd be interested in knowing what you're calling hearsay.
