What I did was literally walk into the kitchen for a bit of food and tea

My roommate lives in the den of the house, which is directly connected to the kitchen. The only thing blocking it off is a curtain.

Yelled at me about being awake during the night sometimes, insulted me about being jobless and being on the computer and never caring about other people.

Which is a funny thing to say after I spent hours cleaning the house yesterday and frequently spend at least an hour every two days cleaning up the kitchen after her cooking.

It's not like I go in guns blazing either when I need something in the kitchen. I try to be as quiet as possible.
