you heat up the sim with hot air at like 150C and it comes off easily without bending the important part
and then you just glue it, but you need to keep it thin enough to not add more layers
because you really don't have any space to spare
and this won't work with all sims, some have a bit thicker chips

Local tourney's are a joke if you're there just for competing, but the fun is playing with other people at your level, teaching others and building a local community around it
