(1) I looked back, it was me who gave the warning a week ago. I was not a new mod a week ago. (2) The people talking in the channel are who decides the chat. (3) This is not current events. If you read the description, which I'd suggest you do, it says that sharing videos, images, links, gifs that are not relevant to the current conversation will lead to a warning.
