I actually think COVID was an earlier plot they cooked up long before Trump declared for presidency. He just came in and they already had this in the works and thought it useful to use anyway.
Back in 2015 Oblamea was whining that the US was not prepared for a pandemic and they were taking steps to ensure the US would be ready.
Fauci somewhere along the line was cooking up the virus and then transferred it to Wuhan
