That looks like the bark from the emerald ash borer beatle infestation. That tree is dying from them.

You should mark it & report it to your wildlife management people asap. They can spread & destroy an entire forest.

I've dealt with them here in TN. They were on one of my sites wooded areas.

They came & did an inspection. Then clear cut the area & burned it all to stop the spread

TWRA burned nearly 30 acres of forest to stop it.

You would be told by many Christian researchers that the spirit world is not as simple as you claim it is. Things are not just black and white many spirits and “demons” are connected specifically to different belief structures.
