b: Researching something early has penalties to the time. Even though the research to unlock Nukes is 1945, I'm set to complete it on 9/2/1944
Step 2: Deploy paratroopers
a: Deploy around moscow immediately after the bomb explodes and capture it
b: Dig in and wait for reinforcements
Step 3: Bum rush to Moscow with tanks
a: Break their line and run over retreating commies in the confusion

Tier 2 I think, all vanilla, I don't have man the guns so that's not in play. I think I established air superiority, and that let the rest of my fleet do their job. The only thing I'd really upgraded is my naval fighter
