I would argue that doxxing could very well become a crime
If doing always results in death threats it would be reasonable to assume if it happens right after an event someone wants someone else to threaten them
Also public records aren't on the internet for the most part. I could see private places being protected under fouo or something
It won't because of public domain
Their office and work phone would still be fair game
A movie theater is public domain
But you still can't yell fire
Once it's public information sharing that info being a crime would put tons of buisnesses under
No one should be entitled to your public information without putting in the paper work
Yes they should
And if a company shares it they deserve the flak
Other wise tons of systems would be broken
Not really
That's how Zillow gets home tax record to appraise home values
O no
Zillion will go under
The world is doomed
Don't speak if you don't understand what your speeking about fool
I doubt zillow puts names on their shit
Or phone numbers
No
If sharing something always results in a crime being commited
The sharing itself should be a crime
At the very least it borders on reckless endangerment
Again you don't understand the implications and conveniences of what you proposing do some research
Especially if done by a public official
No I understand it
I never said you couldn't get public info
I said you shouldn't share it openly as a passive aggressive move
A company could still pull tax info
Doxxing is hella immature lol
It's just part of toxic cancel culture
And mob mentality
Joe faggot couldn't post it on facebook
Legal base for turning intent into a crime would be subject to opinion
No
Its just like yelling fire
It almost always causes the resulting actions to take place
Suppression of information is a sin and any who support it should 🔥
Private Information should be kept as private as possible
