sorry but no. my tax dollars are not going to go towards someone else getting their free education. The problem with our education system is that it's too expensive.
Socialist policies are not innately bad they are just done poorly
Pre-1980's, a lot of people were able to afford university having a part time job
Canada is modeled after european countries
they didn't have to take out loans
Your tax dollars already do
to a degree yes
They're not socialists. They're massive welfare states because we pay for their defense budgets. Which they use to fund those "socialist policoes"
same way as my tax dollars fund the police departments, fire departments, public schools
i agree to a certain extent that that is functional... but im not paying 50% of my income to taxes for "free education and healthcare"
Ok the specifics are what matter the problem is greed if we all pitch in for a pie we all eat fine but if the delivery guy takes a slice and someone wants 2 then it screws everything
At least the shit we pay for inside our country is at our disposal. Those Eurocucks don't even give us anything good
Eurocucks give us things like Stroopwaffles
stroopwaffles are delicious
The perfect analogy for them is like electric cars
One or 2 socialist policies are fine socialism as a whole is crap
Everyone can claim they're cleaner and safer for the environment. But they still use power generated from coal to charge the cars
eurocucks champion having taxes pay for everything so why can't their taxes pay for NATO? 🤔
Europe can claim themselves socialists but they're built over capitalism at its root
Across the board it is less tho there not talking about immediate perfection its working tawrd end goals and take care of our planet we only get one
They've developed their social programs to the extent that even changing it slightly, they'd be put in a hole because everybody became so dependent on it
That's also false. The mining and the further manufacturing of these electric cars still contribute a massive amount of emissions and environmental damage that a few fleets of electric cars can't offset
The problem with socialist healthcare is your just digging a hole for yourself and over time even the best system will start to suck $$ from other places
It's just an excuse for companies to stretch their markets as well as for the consumers to feel good about themselves
And then the quality of healthcare suffers
i agree on the electric car thing @Jin They're also manufactured in plants that use coal and other fossil fuels for power
they're also made with lots of plastic (fossil fuel)
It's total accumulative waste
It's not even that. If they make a mistake with your healthcare under socialist plans, you really can't complain because they already covered you for free
But if we're going to transition into cleaner energy (which I don't think is a bad idea... human beings as a whole are fucking slobs and we treat this planet like shit), we should allow the oil & gas companies time and resources to transition. Something in which demtards don't want to give them
I will still cling onto nuclear energy as a better alternative
Yes socialism is writtled with problems but everyone should have it and be encouraged to use it healthyer people produce better
nuclear energy is cleaner and safer than oil plants
Exactly, it will work itself out eventually as alternative sources will become cheaper than trying to find more oil/coal/natural gas
we should have never sold fusion/fission tech (super-collider) to the japanese... clinton fucked that one up
If the ppl are healthy and happy and thriving, in our consumer economy we would thrive
To achieve that, we need Japanese levels of discipline
With discipline, anything can be achieved because your mind is focused and oriented towards reaching a goal
Japan is not the model you want that place is a shot hole compared to hear
And then multiple company chains will compete with each to produce an even cheaper more efficient source of clean energy, no government funding required
