Kinder to.....maybe grade 4(?) They teach the children basic manners which they carry and develop growing up. That's when the discipline kicks in
After that, they then move to academics mixed with practical skills
And then moving up to higher academics and professional skills and career planning at highschool
Basically we just have to demand better of our ppl in general
