You guys realize that... Pence card...is not actually a thing right? It's a misunderstanding of how the US Code works. It's only if the states never sent a certified results. They did. They're illegitimate, and the Electors sent by the Governors are not the will of the people, but the code that is cited is only for when the votes are never certified and Electors never sent.
