From what I've seen of that bill, it is a joke, an insult to American working citizens. Correct to veto

I've tried those Phil, love the peanut butter cups. Not a fan though of American chocolate - it is completely different from especially Swiss Chocolate. Lindt/Lindor/Milka- just heavenly
