might pick it up, i really liked the manga of that series where some people just become immortal, so the whole world turns against them

cant remember what it was called

to be immortal would be nice,for few hundreds of years

but at some point i guess it would get pretty boring

its a plot point in the series that a character just finds a natural gas pocket, and thats the only way to deal with the immortals, since they just keep suffocating and resurecting if thrown in

like it totally shows how true immortality leads to a Kars level of suffering

well,if they die each time,are they technically immortal

its the ressurection that makes them immortal

the main villain wants to destroy the main characcters head, because of how the rez works

you could just cut out some limbs or use water tank,even bondaging them with rope would work for few thousands of years

i like series with bullshit powers and definite rules, the main villain sneaks into a heavily guarded building by cutting off his hand, deepfrying it and sending it in a bucket of chicken into the building for lunch, then jumps in a meat grinder, leaving the biggest part of him the fried hand, so he ressurects from that

they regen limbs when they die, and if they cut off a limb it reforms destroying matter around it, they bascially reconstitute their bodies, meaning they can create holes in concrete walls and shit

also they can summon what ammount to stands, which are invisible to normal people

made out of the black shit that causes them to not die

the rules are pretty broken, like any poison or trancs in their bloodstream dissapear each time they rez

well even that natural pocket would deplete in time

so the source of conflict is just 'if my head is destroyed, doesnt that mean i actually die though'

death note was nice about powers and rules

eventually they will just get stuck a kilometre underground and suffer for eterinity, just like kars
