Hi Nick. How are you? I have a question for Jesse. Sending you a message from Netherlands. I ( woman 45 years old) forgave my parents 2 years ago. After that I tried to keep in touch with them. But this did not work out. So I did what Jesse adviced me in a skype session. I blocked my mom. And later on I told my dad I did not want to be in contact. And I thought to myself. We will see if there comes a time I do want contact again. And so far ( since beginning of this year) I feel fine about no contact. if you mother is deceased you can come to peace by the realization that she did what she thought was right for you. and she could not help her herself by screwing up. just like you can't help screwing up. and in mind you can appologize to her that you held resentemnt to her. and God will forgive you that instant

When I suffer from this my boyfriends says to stop naughty behaviour. And otherwise he will leave me. I listen to him. He is the head of me. And I do my silent prayer.
