Yeah good convo 👍

2020-04-26 20:08:48 UTC

The lack of focus and discussion on the question confuses me... seems disrespectful.

2020-04-26 20:08:49 UTC

Saying that people are more inclined to things other than truth..

2020-04-26 20:09:57 UTC

Well, Jah! Perhaps we're not there where we need to be yet. Maybe we'll get better with time.

2020-04-26 20:10:17 UTC

don't listen to snart, they are a child of the lie and a democrat

2020-04-26 20:10:39 UTC

I'll be my own man, Thanks Chumlo ^-^'

2020-04-26 20:10:54 UTC

Ah fellow chumlo, but how can there be a child of lie if truth doesn't exist

2020-04-26 20:11:46 UTC

Well, Snart.. In all fairness you were debating quite adamantly for something you claim is non-existent.. ^-^'

2020-04-26 20:12:15 UTC

😂

2020-04-26 20:12:45 UTC

Well it doesn't stop Ben Shapiro from arguing about climate change

2020-04-26 20:12:54 UTC

Perhaps you are playing with him, Idk.

2020-04-26 20:13:27 UTC

Right?! People are always concerning themselves of the truth..

2020-04-26 20:14:04 UTC

Quite the phenomenon for human beings to be in constant regard of truth and falsehood if there be no such.

2020-04-26 20:14:05 UTC

@snart you make life choices (judgements) based on your character (values) and the information you have available... this is not CREATING YOUR OWN TRUTHS

2020-04-26 20:14:19 UTC

seeking true information will align you judgements in more harmony with truth

2020-04-26 20:14:22 UTC

that is the best you can do

2020-04-26 20:14:38 UTC

some truths are easy to get to

2020-04-26 20:14:40 UTC

others are harder

2020-04-26 20:15:53 UTC

Yes but we make those choices and have those values based on the truths we believe are true. Also really quick, I'm not saying "you should stop believing things are true" I'm just saying that what can be lies for some can be truth for others.

2020-04-26 20:16:06 UTC

that is wrong

2020-04-26 20:16:11 UTC

you believe this lie

2020-04-26 20:16:26 UTC

Well that's your truth 👍

2020-04-26 20:16:34 UTC

That is his lie

2020-04-26 20:17:57 UTC

Truth can also not be subjected to the human input. If I tell myself that it is true that I can survive for 400 days without eating and drinking..
My "Truth" will not allow for the matters that be to bend itself and accommodate me for my "Truth". Rather, the truth prevails all in reality with or without my subjective interpretation of Truth.

2020-04-26 20:19:07 UTC

2020-04-26 20:19:08 UTC

2020-04-26 20:19:17 UTC

2020-04-26 20:19:21 UTC

2020-04-26 20:19:44 UTC

It’s just back and forth of anger

2020-04-26 20:19:44 UTC

This is also the case in matters that err slightly from the truth.

2020-04-26 20:20:32 UTC

@Robert what going on in memes

2020-04-26 20:20:44 UTC

Lemme look 😮

"Why is it easier for most people to believe a lie, instead of the truth?" - Because lies promise safety and security. In Truth there is no safety or promise, and being good without a promise of a return means having real faith. Facing that is scary. - Coldburger
