Does the Quran mention what animals are healthy to eat?
Does the Quran say that God gave people animals to eat?
With regards to fasting it concerns no particular animal.
Though it is a cultural thing they do for a specific animal to be slaughtered.
Jews and Arabs diet is essentially the same
Yes Stephen will.
Wait can they eat bacon
They don't eat pork.
Oh man
That’s tough
I think the Quran says the pig is not a healthy animal or something like that.
Lies
I've never read the Quran.
Not true, it doesn't say that.
I've read just what they say about Moses , about killing the infidel.
So why can’t they eat pork
It simply says to abstain from eating animals that have went through particular trauma.
Doesn't say, pig is unhealthy therefor don't eat it.
Only trauma I’m seeing it’s not being able to eat bacon
Again, Кики. Your information is not correct.
OR.. those sacrificed for other than God.
Your thoughts to what the Quran says about Pigs.
So Muslims can eat pork?
You all bicker with each other about who's scriptures are more true. You do realize people have used drugs since the beginning of time. Even animals in the wild eat rotten fruit to get drunk. This means that during a time when people were mostly free to travel and migrate, while thinking freely. These very things are demonized in all of your scriptures.
As far as which animals to eat or not to eat, who are you to tell anyone the value of a life? Your life is no more important in the cosmos than a bacteria, worm or ant. To imply otherwise adheres to your own ego.
Religious Muslims eat pork because it doesn't say in the Quran - not to eat pork.
so it's life is meaningless?
Yes Adam
You are correct.
That is amazin
I wasn't defending any scripture.
Meaningless or not bacon is yummy
Bacon is amazin.
I don't support any scripture
AMAZIN
A nasty attitude to have towards our creator who people claim to worship and respect
What is nasty attitude you are refering to Adam?
The common translation is to abstain from pig, yes. Though the verse is interpreted differently by other people.
to devalue life
of any kind
Beatitude
