Then you each have credentials which I assume as a business you aren't using the same credentials

That tells you who was logged in

Then there is a sign in log you could access to know what phone logged in I'd imagine

if you guys log in at the office only, just simply who was in the office at the day and time. if there aren't timestamps, go by the likes immediately before and after to narrow down a time window
