i think the tattoo fad was a good example of it really, it's counter-cultural to get a tattoo, but then again pretty much all the millennials got a tattoo

so it's actualyl kind of the mainstream

it is though, because if the majority of the population are going one way, then it logically follows that the ones who are going against them are considered counter-culture. This isnt rocket science
